Q. Is there any shipping charges for deliveries within India?

A. Anjalifab.com provides free delivery/shipping across India for purchases above ₹1000.

Q. How do I track the product once it has been shipped?

A. Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

Q. Do you accept payment via Debit/Credit card/UPI/Net Banking?

A. Yes, we accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI and Net Banking.

Q. How do I know that my transaction has been successful?

A. You would receive an order confirmation via email with the corresponding order number for your future reference.

Q. How do I return a product, if I don’t like it?

A. Please report the return to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same. Follow steps in return, refund & cancellation policy.

A. Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different.

Q. Will product that I get in hand, be similar to the product as seen on your website?

A. While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes. Colour of the outfit may also vary from what you see on the computer screen. Always the colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
