RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE
    We take utmost care to ship the items in good condition, properly packed and wrapped. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please check the instructions below.
  • Any complaints should be reported to us within 48 hours of the receipt of the products, with necessary photos and videos, if needed.
  • Product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer, with proof of purchase.
  • The product should be unaltered, unwashed and unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Product must be returned with all tags/labels attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other documents.
  • Anjalifab.com allows the return/exchange of online products in our showroom for customer’s convenience. 

  • RETURN PROCEDURE
    • Follow below steps while returning a product to us for Refund or Exchange .
  • Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return/exchange to us along with the order number and invoice number. (Email: contact@anjalifab.com ; Phone: +91- 9400811077)
  • In case of attempting to return any defective/stained product, please share few photographs that reveal the defects, over email or WhatsApp before returning.
  • After getting the return approval, you can self-ship the product through India post or through any courier service available at your location.
  • It is advised to note down the courier airway bill/tracking number for future reference.
  • Return products with all the original tags/labels, bills, etc to us. The shipping address is as follows:

  • REFUND
  • Once the product is received to the company successfully, Anjalifab.com will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
  • Refund/Exchange will be processed upon successful completion of the quality check of the product.
  • The refund shall be processed through normal banking channels and the amount shall be credited to the source account within 7-10 working days.
  • In case of item being out stock, customer will be provided with a refund; such refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of placing an order.
  • Amounts will reflect in your bank account normally within 7-10 working days depending on your bank.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed.
  • Once the order is processed, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return/exchange is possible for all orders/products.
